They finally confirmed that they have LOST the shipment.
I understand that there might be delays in delivery and all, but please don't give false promises to the customers that you'll get the product in 3 working days, or the product is on its way when it has NOT even been shipped from your side, etc , etc. Actually if you sincerely tell the customer that read more...
