Thanks s0k026. i too had very good experience with tradus before this issue. i was shopping with tradus since Oct 2010, and they gave very good service. this time i was unfortunate, as told by skant i am going to call customer care 0124-6777005 for same. hope they help.lets hope they wil repla read more...
