Donot give up. Idea having appointed connect india as their agent, Idea is equally responsible for the actions of connect india. For the general public Connect India is synonymous to Idea. That being the case drag Idea to consumer court. Idea definitely knows the relevant people in connect india.

Reach out to Tata Photon. Tata Photon, as they have appointed Connect India as their authorized agents, connect india is representing Tata Photon. They are responsible. Get to Tata Photon office and ask them to get the connection activated. If they donot oblige, drag Tata Photon to consumer court.
