dear saurabsonu, you are right with respect to packing and timing. packing is good. but timing is too long. in my case, i got the product only after i posted the grievience in the mountshut. even after many complaints, the earlier in day i posted my grievence, i spoken to customer care, they cannot read more...

posting your problem in mouthshut really resolve the problem. the same day when i posted my grievence in mountshut, I got message from infibem requesting the order ID. there were few communication in the same day, very next day i got confirmation from infi that product (PS3 bluetoot remote) will be read more...
