I have purchased 5 piece koutton shirts from them in the second week of february and got the product in three days Ref code: 28882411 and when I tried the shirts the size was large. I spoke to 100 best buy customer care centre for exchange of product I order for 42 size and as the fitting was very large I told them to exchange for 40 size. customer care gave me the address and told me to return the goods to the address which they gave me. so that they will send the requested size shirts.

within three days I sent the courier(first flight courier with POD number: A00100012364) and called customer care on the 6th day to check whether they have received the package and they confirmed to me that they have received the package and will send me the requested size shirts and from that time till today it is almost more than 60 days I have not got my shirts and I have been repeatedly calling the customer care and they say that tomorrow they will dispatch the product and when ever I insist on speaking to their team leader they put me on hold for some time and they disconnect the call.

Pls don't buy from 100 best buy.com
