I noticed some time back in Asianet's programme of 'Nammal Tammil' Avasanam - meaning Closing or ending! I saw Sri Jagathy handling the show. Then when I browsed the website I read that Sri Srikanthan Nair resigned from Asianet after a long tenure of something like 25 years!

This is a a most respectful tribute to Sri Srikanthan Nair for his most invaluable contribution to Aisanet in general and to the Malayalee community in particular. We can never forget him. His vocabulary of Malayalam is so huge that he never searched for words with so much of speedy conversation saving time with maximum output, while he was anchoring the programme.

He handled very critical and disputable topics with utmost ease and balanced way and controlled the participants even in tense moments. I am not a Malayalee but a Telugu man and can understand and speak Malayalam.

When I enjoyed his presentations several times, I felt that it is my duty to express my grateful thanks through this platform and wish him all the best in his new ventures and pray the Almighty to give him a long life.
