Dont be fooled by the latest offering in the Acer Asipre series - The 5920 laptop. I bought one a month ago and the 1st week I spent most of my evenings sitting in the dealer store fixing issues. Some of the problems I faced and still do

• Acer provides you with 2 microphones but the Realtek driver does not support recording. On contacting customer care, the answer you will get is vague and to the point of clueless. I have tried several other drivers which suit my chipset (on Acer & Dealer recommendation) but still useless

  
  




• The charger is poor quality

  
  




• All the utilities are a waste of time and will just slow down the system
