The Philosophy behind Active and Passive Income..Is well Defined by Robert Kiyosaki in his best seller book called Rich Dad and Poor Dad... It really changed my whole perspective... how to become RICH...?? sound like Greedy.... I am not a greedy of money ...but money is needed to live...but the question here every one is working for money.... what I learnt from him that ..I DON'T HAVE TO WORK FOR MONEY BUT LET MONEY WORK FOR ME.. This is call Passive Income...

Passive Income does not mean ..there is no work at all...Yes ...It needs lots of Work to build the team...but not HARD work but SMART work.

I am sociologist and engaged in many humanistic work..I am not passionate for money but available to people and stand with them... but for living I need money to support myself, and Family.
