I am user of aircel delhi since last 2 years using their postpaid services. I have several concerns about the services and need advise on the same.

1) Since 2 years I am complaining that I am not getting proper network and some times it is ZERO even appellate is not able to solve the issue.

2) Since last 1 week getting network of reliance and whereas I am in delhi it shows in roaming. Now the amazing thing is customer support executives are aware that their's a updation going on as Aircel joins hands with reliance although it shows reliance but I will not been charged. AND appellate is wondering and do not giving any answer even after logging complaints for the same.

3) payment dispute even after paying my bills through aircel official page they dispute than I don't pay any amount. Where as I have bank statement and Pay Gateway bill desk confirmation on email with reference number.

Can any one please suggest what to do.
