I got Wrong billing from Airtel...and airtel people are not ready to accept that their servers were at fault...after repeated emails & calls no response... just same answer we have state of the art billing system...and now not even ready to take complaints.

Dear Neha,


You are not getting the point. on 13th night & till 14 morning your Airtel


server kept sending my diwali Wishes/Messages to my friends 25-30 times that accounts


to 1982 MMS


which I never sent.as I just sent 350 messages out of which my outbox also


indicate that last mms sent to a group of 83 recipients failed to send the


message


so my total is if I take all mms sent : 350 mms X INR 5/- each =1750/- not


Rs. 11500/-


I know you have state of the art billing system but on Diwali night it was in


Hang mode and it kept sending multiple mms to my Seniors & friends to their


discomfort & my embarrassment.. receiving 25-30 mms from me and that also in


error mode which they could not open.


Pls rectify the Discomfort & embarrassment caused by your so called STATE OF


THE ART BILLING SYSTEM and send me a normal bill.


Till that time I will hold any bill payments, & Pls dont keep adding any


late fees on this till this all is cleared.

On the basis of your complaint, we would like to inform you that we have checked our records and found that the charges levied against the invoice number 918825153 towards the SMS and MMS are correct and valid as per the usage done.


Hence, we regret the infeasibility to provide any reversal for the same. There appears to be no overcharging on your account. We would like to assure you that we have deployed a state of the art billing system which ensures that your bill is always error free.
