This is a completely fraud group. Their project Space Station 1 was launched in 2007-08 and even after 7+ years only a paltry few have been given hand over who agreed to pay 30%-50% higher than the amount in AOS. The project was supposed to be completed many years ago but for people in phase 2 and 3 they cannot even expect it in next 1 decade. The mgmt bullies the old customers, blatantly lies and threatens those who question about the lakhs of rupees collected from customers. They conned some govt banks to disburse loan and of course now most banks have closed doors on them. They splurged money like anything in the presentation, hyped-marketing but the post booking support is zilch.

Stay away from such conning companies!

Some facts: of 2182 flats at some point more than 1400 were booked. The first station with only 210 units has made most progress where only about 20 people stay. The station 6 has made next best progress but occupancy will take easily 2+ more years. The remaining 10 stations are nowhere in site.

More than 200+ cases in different courts

The builder twists the arms of customers to get more money out. They do not both agreeing to even court directives. They lure into transfer into different unit or different place all of which are traps.

The gameplan is simple - sell a high profile project idea for a high cost to a customer, after collecting booty of 50%, forget the customer unless he comes back crying. Then the sell the same unit to the customer for 40% higher. If he does not agree sell something else. Roate the flats among existing customers or pitch them against new customers. 100% unethical practices and exploiting all loop holes in law of the land to run this conning scheme.
