Dear Censor Board,

On the well awaited holidays; I find the remote, arrange a couch and then tune in to movie channels; for the movies whose promos were doing the rounds throughout the week. I create a theater like environment, movie starts, and after some time, there it comes, the first action sequence, my expectations rise, the protagonist highers his weapon and then..........what the f.....in next second all the villains are lying low on the floor, most of them dead and protagonist is walking away with some bruises on his face and body.

So, the action sequence which was actually 8-10 minute long, got finished in less than a minute. Then I recollect, oh... you are at work. Dear Censor board, if you think kids and weak-hearted are watching this movie, then why can't you put a warning at the start of the movie, like parental guidance, not for kids, etc.

If we are a real democracy, then it should be up to us to regulate our kids. Even your regulation is not unbiased but hypo critic. We often see the commercials for soda, music cds; and we all know what these McDowell No. 1 soda and Royal Stag music cds ads are for.

And also, why you are unable to act on the number of commercials shown during the movie or cricket matches. Don't you think they are too much, if you don't then take this, the 2 and 1/2 hour movie lasts for 4 hours, and for cricket matches why there should be commercials after every over.

So, dear "censor" board, can you keep your name and make some "sense" to act upon.
