Dear Fiends, this is my 2nd worst experience with Pillai and Sons Mayiladuturai for Maurti Alto 800 and I had earlier experience with them already in Y 2007, see my comments on https://mouthshut.com/review/Maruti-Suzuki-Alto-LX-review-olstusuptm
This time is worst and after all my followups with the dealer and no action, I have contacted the main customer service (contact@maruti.co.in), they replied and after my explanation, no more response. they just ignored me and doesn't care. we are stupids expecting and talking all 'pros' that Mauruti is perfect, I am the example. Thanks.

I appreciate your prompt response and thank you. The below are the details as requested.
1.The Alto 800 Petrol (LXI) and silky silver colour was booked in ‘AG01 Pillai & Sons, No 46, Vallalagram, SS nallur Post, Mayiladuturai’ with Rs. 5000 on 14th February 2013 under my wife name: Geetha. A, for alto 800 LXI
2.I have discussed over phone to the team lead Mr. Ramkumar for colour change from silver to frost blue and he confirm the availability and agreed to deliver the vehicle on 14th March including an additional discount of Rs 3000, but the condition with ‘if the DD issued today’ and I have arranged the same on 09th March 2013.
3.They have failed to deliver on 14th March and try explain me various explanations, upon my depressed reply, he wrote a mail saying the vehicle is in transit and will take another 6 days. (Email Mar 14 11:15:59 2013)
4.I have requested to confirm the deliver on 7th day which is 20/03/2013 (Email: 14 March 2013 11:29)
5.Upon their failure of returning the confirmation and Mr. Ramkumar’s misact and unwillingness of clear commitment forced me to cancel the order on 15th March 2013 and immediately I have purchased the same vehicle from Trichy PLA on 17th March 2013.
6.Upon the return of my settlement the company deducted 250 Rs without any valid reason, and while interacting with them I miss to understand the fact.
•For my part, it is completely the failure of the Maruti team and there should not be any deduction to me.
•It is a embarrassment to me and deducting my principle for no reason from my end after utilising my money more than 15 days is unacceptable.
•I would like to have an internal query and action to the lead Mr. Ramkumar for his act to eradicate his involvements to the customers with his unethical character.
