would like to share my conversation with airtel (with out any respond from there end) which proves airtel sucks lyk hell following is my 1st mail to them regarding the issue


1ST MAIL


hi,


on 11th may one of your airtel executive(some one having no. as 9711267775) visited us for broadband connection and on asking that do you have available port in janakpuri (c2c block) he answered yes and said within 3 days you would get a connection. and asked us to pay 500. rs and took our documents. and on calling on saturday for asking which router to get. he guided us properly and on his guidence and assurance that connection would be done on 14th may 2012 we purchased new ROUTER. but on monday(14th may 2012) he didn't attended the call we tried for like 20 times he didn't attended the call. on tuesday morning tried from a new no. he attended the call and again assured the same thing by 15th may 2012 connection would be done around 4 pm again arnd 4 pm we called and called and again he didn't attended the call. and again through unknown no we called and he attended and gave a lame excuse that I was in a meeting and all. and gave us a no. of Mr HARISH(9266865683) who said by 16th may 2012 your connection would be done. and provided us with DTHE - helpline no.. still dailing that no. we got to know a different story that the request was not registered and all. on 16th may again no one attended phone call on 9711267775 (and this can irritate a customer like hell i.e after taking money from the customer making them purchase router and then not attending call's for around 3 days) and we again called Mr HARISh(9266865683) n he again answered I will get back to you with in 5mins(and we don't understand when will his 5 mins will end) and by chance YOUR DTHE - helpline was attended and they answered our request is not even registered(which again irritated us because we felt like a fool . all thanks to AIRTEL ) after talking to them for 1 hour we got a worst answer i.e the PORT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE AREA. (we did asked them in the starting itself then also the same useless answer. which proved AIRTEL people are unaware about there facility itself..what a wonderful company)


and from no where this 9711267775 guy called from a different no i.e 9811736952 to inform us the same that connection can't be done on asking why did you took the money if you can't provide connection even on asking thrice that is the port available or not. at the time of taking money we were informed connection is available then why the hell we were made wait for 5-6 days to get this lame answer and irritating a customer by not attending the call. he had no answer but I would expect a proper explained and responsible answer then irresponible answer and after tolerating all the shit excuses at least I deserve a proper explanation and my money back. and all my identity proof's copies back(as we don't trust AIRTEL and think that those document's can be misused. and a written confirmation that documents won't me misused. as now we can't trust you guys thanks for the worst experience). HOPE TO RECIEVE A ANSWER ASAP AND PLEASE ALSO EXPLAIN WHY SHOULD AIRTEL BE PURCHASED IF ITS SERVICE IS THIS WORSE WHERE A CUSTOMER IS IRRITATED TO CORE.


2 years back I applied for broadband connection was informed no port available. even today if the ports are not available then why are you advertising get broadband connection's iptv and all when your system is lacking with the facility.
