I bought this budget model water purifier and was happy with it till I tried getting the spare parts. Phew! No amount of calls, emails and chasing for the spare part helped. It is as if the budget category is ignored. I am frustrated and want to warn others never to buy this product which no doubt works well but what is the use if you cannot replace the parts easily. Better go for Pureit or other brands which have an organized way of supplying spare parts for the low end models. I am amazed that a company which provides such popular products ignores the budget models and the common public who can afford only these. What use is a water purifier if spare parts cannot be replaced? What a waste.
