Finally I managed to find time (this is always the most common n lame excuse given by most people isnt it?) to log back on and write.

Many a times, one goes thru’ a terribly bad patch in ones’ life and has not time but to get out of the situations he or she is in. During such trying times, the only ones you can fall back on are your near and dear ones. That is to say, family and those who are your closest friends (it isnt enough that you call them ur closest friends, they too must feel likewise).

I have been extremely fortunate to have a very loving and supportive family and a very few close friends around my during my worst times. My wife has been the single most powerful sources of strength and inspiration durin these terribly trying times; likewise my kids n parents. I would also like to mention my sister n bro-in-law (aka "mariner" to other mouth shutters) have been wonderful in making me feel emotionally strong.

I would like to tell all my fellow mouth shutters here, that no matter what you are going through in life, remember " There’s always a great time just around the corner". I know its easier to talk, but what I am saying is from pure and simple personal experience. Have faith in whichever superpower you believe in, talk to your near n dear ones about your concerns; involve your closest friends and see what they have to advise you.

Another thing I learnt is that (this is for those of you who have kids), don’t ever hide the facts from the kids. Kids are extremely sensitive to vibes and are capable of understanding the situations that you are facing. They will on their own adjust once they know what their dad and/or mom is going thru’.

The most inportant thing is "Ask For Help". Its become fashionable to visit councellors these days, but the best counselling can be had from your family and close friends; its just a matter of seeking out and opening up. Believe me, I know this !!!
