SUBJECT: Fraud People, Stole my Exide Battery of Swish in the 2nd Service.

This is Shaily Rastogi. I got my Suzuki Swish 2nd service done on the 9th October, 2012. After getting my vehicle back, in a day the battery of Swish got down. It was all because of the Apple Auto service as they changed my new batter with their bad old one. My quick start button stopped working. Well then on the next day I got a call from Delhi Office for the review, where I was just telling her that it was pathetic and that they have changed my new battery with the old one, when she just hanged the call. Today when I was calling them in the morning she just ignored my call, I tried 2-3 times she just kept it on hold for 5mins. and was dealing with other customers than me.

Suggestion: Don’t ever think of getting your Two-Wheeler Service done from Apple Auto.
