Friends, HOMESHOP18 is only a mediator, and it is not at all responsible for any partial shipment, damaged shipment and missing. In this case you have to contact only BRANDED Company or Vendor, this is the response from HOMESHOP18 to me in my recent shopping at HOMESHOP18.
In detailed, Last month ie., 22nd November'12 I placed an order BSNL PENTA Tablet behalf of my friend and I received the same on 29th November (after couple of followups with HOMESHOP18), on the same day I placed complaint for partial shipment. After 3 subsequent follow ups(every 3 days), they asked give us some time, we escalted to senior team. after one week I got call from Senior Executive of HOMESHOP18 as per her coversation and she clear said that we are not at all responsible any partial shipment and in other cases we are only mediator and given advise contact BSNL people regards to my complaint, I got same answer from BSNL (PANTEL) HOMESHOP18 is the response for the same. one week gone in between these two.
I explained the same to HOMESHOP18 what BSNL(PANTEL) people told, she is not in a position to help and rather than she given smart advise to me resend the product to us we will reship you with full/complete pack of product(shipment).
Instead of sending the missing accessories they are insisting me to send it back, which is advisable sending missing accessories or sending back the prooduct and waiting for the same?
This is my bad experience with HOMESHOP18, so friends please think twice thrice before place order.......
