MY LETTER TO BAJAJ MD MR TAPAN SINGHAL
Dear @ Senior Management,
Reason of sending you this email is to let you know the actual picture of the pathetic services your company officials are displaying to its customer.
Its very shocking and disappointing to see such lethargic and callous attitude of your Claim department/customer care executives while attending to customer queries.
It's been more than 2 months that I have Submitted my file to your Surveyor and completed all the formalities. I am following up from your surveyor from last two month and on every call I was been given the statement that it will take time as it is a Total loss Claim and is a big amount.
Its so shameful to see your company having tied up with such an Greedy/corrupted surveyor who asked me to fund him with 15-20 K for passing my file on priority .
Now when I refused to pay the money to your surveyor Mr Srivastava, He is telling me that it can not go under Total Loss and will get repair and I will have to bear around 80 thousand rs from my end and rest company will bear.
This is so ridiculous and its totally un-acceptable.
Also for your kind information , I have a running loan of Rs 5.5 Lacs on the said vehicle for which I am every month paying an EMI of Rs 12000/- .
I know for you this amount would be like peanuts but for me every single penny I earn matter and 5.5 lacs amount is too much. I expect you all to kindly look into matter and do the needful on priority. Details mentioned below.

Still nothing has happened. I am wondering if my voice is going into deaf year as still the management is trying to proof me wrong instead of the corrupted surveyor and their own delay.
