So in recent times there is many demolitionof the shops and slums which are located nearby the govt employees quarters and aslo located near the bus depos and collector office . If not situated near to a govt place than the real estate builders took it for the redevelopment all this activities are good for the town . but the locals are facing problems like there are no places left for fine dinning and other genral stores to get stuffs for household chores . 

Other than that the local business is also finding difficult to do their operations cause places which they are left with are some of the places which were not their in their budget and which were fulfilling their criteria were not holding the footfall they need to run the business . This business are not that developed or have funds that they would start a cloud kitchen or personally i feel its a gamble cause there is not guarantee that the people will turn up for this option or the services they provided as offline will be same in this process
