I took service from Navigator Pest Control Services Ltd month back for Bed Bugs, first when I called them, thy guy called Bhanu Prakash(9900028829) briefed and educated me on the bedbugs nature and reproduction period, briefing was excellent and fully professional. iam very much impressed about the way of educating customers ( previously I called several people - they wont even say any thing directly they will give price,thats it No proper communication nothing ) then I fixed the service with them. before 24 hours I got SMS from them about the confirmation of the service and they came to the my house exact time. N they made spray and put some tablets and smoke, they instructed me to leave the home for 24 Hrs. they sealed the widows and door corner to make air-tightness. Next day while opening door I saw dead bugs, after service from that night I slept calmly without irritation of bugs. then as usual they carried 3 treatments in every 16 days of time,( but they said its up to costumer decision, they wont insist , but they are very honest. but I got completely rid of bedbugs in first treatment it self , I was very much happy about their service and handling customers(its excellent and very professional),, they were so honest,again today I got a cal(remainder) from them about the second treatment. which I asked them to remind me at the time of first treatment. so taken second service also. Hence I strongly recommend this NAVIGATOR Pest control for good effective treatment, there price was also good as I enquired with others they told high and said no guarantee for service. Hence I trust NAVIGATOR People, if u r looking for good and professional service with excellent customer care.. you can take service from them. They r very good.............
