Their modusoperandy is to provide you a decent maid (as per your requirement Jharkhand/Bangal/Bihar/UP etc with experience relevent to your requirement) and charge a big amount of money(upfront) it could be 20/25/30k depending upon the negotiation and your need. This maid will work for your for a couple of month and then she will return to her village (due to illness, own marriage, mother/father on the death bad/or died, flood or whatever reason). After that this guy will assure you to give another made in week/2week time, you keep calling him every week and he will keep slipping the replacement date, after a month or so he will stop picking up your phone, if you call from other number then you will get an response that he is out of town for couple of weeks. Similar happend to us, although we have all the documents and the photocopy of his driving license but they are not good enough to take legal action moreover we have time for it, but ofcourse being tech sevy I have time and enough motivation to inform others not to fall in his (or similar agents) trap.
