Dear Bluedart,


I have a parsal which I was expecting to deliver yesterday but delivery boy couldn't find my address due to which I didn't get my parsal.


I have contacted blue dart customer care and reschdule the delivery, Today he has called me and I have guided him the address properly,he understand my proper house location but he didn't delivered it because courier was heavy and Courier van was 20 to 50 meter away from my house.


Then he told me that I will not deliver it as it is heavy weight.


after that he returned from my address & after that I have contacted him More the 50 times but he didn't pik my call.


now I am feeling so dissapointed.


what kind of service Blue dart is providing.
