Anybody interested in buying Bose music system should think twice. Their service is atrocious. Till they sell the product they talk to you sweetly. When you go for service the store people will not even look at you. I bought Bose home theatre system. The remote is not working. The store people are unwilling to accept and are asking me to contact their service Center which is 25 kms away.
