Certificate or Ability? That is biggest question which is haunting me these days....Whenever I hear someone speaks Bad English I get very angry. I don't know how they select these call center girls/boys who does not know to speak or type properly. What basis they hire these ppl... I guess now a days anyone can produce any fake certificate and voila you get the job....No one questions you whether you have the real ability, real knowledge for the language...

Is Certificate that important than having the real talent? Actually it happen to me, I am a freelance web designer as you all know but my mom and relative insisted me to work in a Call center, due to some circumstances I could not produce my B A English certificate, so I was rejected on the spot without even giving me a chance to prove myself, I saw some girls getting the job when they don't even know the spelling of English....I am not saying that I am superior than them...But I guess you should also consider according to your ability and true talent.. What is your take on it....
