Terrible servicing and misleading the costumer. Elaborating the instance in bit detail.
This has happened on 1st Feb, the patient has been taken to the paras hospitals in emergency and while doctors were visiting the patient, Me, Neetu Nirwan was at the main desk filling up the registration form. we had a medi-claim from the patient's office and this has been bring to the person sitting at help desk notice. After telling him the policy amount, which was 3.5 lacs, this has been confirmed by the same person that 1 percent of medi-claim is good enough to owe a single bed. He immediately called the person inside to clean the room and get it ready for the patient so and so. At the same time there were other formalities done by us and in the haste and emergency we had not noticed that the person sitting at the counter is not sensible enough to tell us the appropriate info and was actually misleading us.
At the time of relieving the things have taken all together a different shape and the behavior of the staff was upside down. At the time of joining every body was so nice to us and said "yes everything will be done" and whereas at the time of relieving the statement came to us was "Now nothing can be done" and you have to pay extra charges and they gave us the bill for additional 8K. Hope it has been understood that its not about money, as we have already paid the same, its about manhandling the costumers and taking advantage when they are not at all in a frame of mind to read through the nityy-griity of the form
While explaining these things at the time of relieving, no one was seems interested addressing to any of the issue and the case was kept so called "open" while after chasing the staff, the status had not moved an inch and they closed the case by saying "Sorry mam, this is the best we can help you with".
