Dear Sir/Madam,

After going through your advertisement in the local news papers, viz Rajasthan Patrika and Times of India, I approached your clinic on 31-05-2009. Your Executive took me to the consultation room and convinced me regarding the effectiveness of the publicized treatment by the visiting Trichologist. Dr.Shah who was scheduled at the clinic on 11th June,2009.

My case history was taken and hair samples were plucked from my head for some investigations to be produced before the visiting doctor. A fees of Rs950/= was charged for the same and I was told that this amount also included the charges for the scalp scanning which would be conducted once the test results arrive, i.e. on 11th June,2009. I was assured to receive a reminder to this effect on 10th June,2009, which I did.

On the evening of 10th June,2009, I was given a call on my mobile phone giving me an appointment for 11.40 a.m. on 11th June,2009. This sounded very impressive as the appointment was not for 10.30 nor for 11.00 but for 11.40, exhibiting a great sense of precision of time.

Next day, I reached your clinic at sharp 11.40 a.m. when I was asked to sit and wait for some time.

Things were moving fine till the waiting patients were going in and coming out and walking away with the carry bags containing medicines and shampoos. As and when any patient came out of the doctor’s room, I would hopefully gaze at the moving staff to get an indication that now it was my turn, but in vain. The watch was ticking 11.45> 12> 12.30> 12.45………and the new patients kept on walking in and ushered to the Doctor’s chamber and finally going out with the carry bags and so forth. This was the time when I walked out with a feeling of depravity and anguish.

This story is being narrated by me out of utter frustration. Please don’t fool the innocent public by giving alluring advertisements in the publications and collecting money from them by such unscrupulous means.
