Hi Customer Compalint forum,I have been promised by the customer support executive that on or before 31st August, 2011 I would get the product delivered to me or else I would get my refund.Hence when I check with the customer care again they again say 21 working days. There is no where mentioend in the website it is 21 working days. It is written as 21 days. And where as there working days is given as Monday - Sunday.Hence request you to not to be a viticm of Deals and You and please get my refund of amount of 9699 back to my credit card.
