It was surprise to know that Club Mahindra holiday Registration Offices can also missguide the customers.The overall Behaviour of the Sale Executives is to grill down the customer who come with their family to such a level that they have to register themself or be embarass for not being the member.I registered myself with one of the Registered office (Vashi Branch,Navi Mumbai) for the lowest Package membership,but in the due course of presentation by the executive,they debited my account via creditcard for the upgraded membership.My Credit card was swapped 2nd time with out my permission for debiting the upgrade amount difference.It was embarassing for a family to experience such situation.Later they also didn't stick to the offers that they promised me.


Due to frustration I decided to cancel my membership and requested the Venue Manager to do so.In return, the Venue Manager changed his attitude and informed me that in no case your money would be returned .It was the rude behaviour and lack of Product knowledge ,that at Club Mahindra Managers (Vashi Branch,Navi Mumbai) too r not aware of terms and conditions that they offer to customers.Part C Sec 6.1 clause clearly states that within rescission Period of the membership ,customer can cancel and would be refunded entire amount.This clearly states that at CLUB MAHINDRA GROUP, managers too r miss guiding the customer who come for creating relationship . Currently I'm waiting for the response from the Club Mahindra Group .Lets hope some one corrects the Ethics of the Company.
