Dear sir, This is to inform you that I am highly disappointed with the services, few days back I placed an online order but when I checked my packet I received half order. I made complaint to Biteclub customer care and the manager of the outlet they apologised for the mistake and for a compensation they made my next order complimentary, but when I called up manager in order to place an order he did not respond to my call, again I called up customer care centre but from there also I did not get any appropriate answer and my problem is still unsolved. Kindly look into the matter, I am waiting for your response.
