I ordered a keyboard and mouse combo from Amkette and got a defective product. I informed their call center and told me to give snapshots of products and I did. I was also informed of getting a conformation call but did not after 5-6 complaints. Today after complaints I got a call and was telling me to use the service center which I was willing to but I need to spent 3 hrs to transport and loose my day's wage.

They could not atleast arrange a pick-up from my door or pay the courier that I will use to ship the defect product to service center.

After paying money through netbank I have to spend 350 extra or more for this product.

I think Indiatimes isjust a opportunist and golddigger site not worrying about consumers needs but their money.
