I have order Food and order was confirmed . But after 1 hours 1 have not received any order from biteclub then I called to delivery contact end, person at the start told that order has been delivered, But I said I haven't received any order becuz I had payment through card after then he was trying to pretend my mobile is switched off. Even after arguing him a lot and requesting him to confirm the same order again, he bluntly refused order. This was message I received about confirmation, We all waited for more than 2 hour for order and this is the response we got from your end, seriously losing credibility from your online service.
