Kindly note that the extra amount you are referring to is the convenience fee and this is charged by all the online portals however ours being the lowest.Also please note that since we would like to be completely transparent to our customers, we are showing the convenience charge clearly as a separate component of the total fare .The charges are very clearly mentioned in the make payment page before you enter your card details.Please find attached the screenshot in support of this comment.
