Lord Nikolaj Kielland is a true entrepreneur at heart and a successful business man in real world. His Business House transforms regular office-goers into successful consultants aside from assisting small, medium and large corporations in difficult situations.

I am an IIT graduate and I am working with Baron Nikolaj Kielland and with House of Kielland in International Business Consultant position. Needless to say, I researched Lord Nikolaj and his family extensively on the internet and also on archives before joining the firm. When I first met Mr. Nikolaj, I was impressed by the vision that he had for his Business House, the prototype of business that he has put into place and the way he handles his clients directly.

Since then, I have experienced or witnessed numerous real-life problems faced with our clients in our firm that we handle almost in robotic fashion with guaranteed success. We are fixers of sorts. For TV aficionados, we are a mixture of ‘Suits’ and ‘Scandal’.

Never had a Business House opened its doors in India that provides in-house training to its own consultants and nurtures them through the path of real practical experience while at the same time, conducting its Business segment with the consultants that it produced itself.

There have been some wild allegations going around the internet questioning the legitimacy and ethics of the Director, Lord Nikolaj Kielland. It has taken root in a disgruntled ex-trainee who, reasons unclear, has launched a personal vendetta against him. Instead of settling the issue personally, the complainant went haywire and initiated a public slandering and defaming the Director on consumer forums. While the true reasons can only be ascertained with reliable sources, this escalation can only have serious ramifications to the ex-trainee.
