It is said to be that "Desire is the cause of sorrow" we are chasing the world we want best everybody wants money, power etc but how many of people wants happiness? ASK YOURSELF. A 15 yrs old boy which was belongs to a very poor family and suddenly his father gives him a smartphone cost 10,000 and another side a boy which was belongs to a very rich family his father also gives him a smartphone of same cost so according to you who will be more happy.

obviously the poor kid because he does not expect a smartphone from his father.because they were very poor but he was very happy another side, rich kid was not very much happy because he expect a phone of higher cost. the poor kid know the value of money thats why he was very happy

according to Buddha happiness lies in yourself not in any object so, love yourself and take care of your family and friends.
