I met with an incident on 16th August , the day of Rakshabandhan. I was going to my brother's house at about 10.30 am. I was standing on the Traffic Signal at Rachna Cinema, Rajindera Place. As I was about to move, a man came , from where , I dont know, with a snake in his hands and threw it on the steering of my car. I was horrified and I jumped out from my car. He snatched the money [ 700 rupees]from my hands and ran. No one came to my help. Suddenly a Policeman came to my rescure. He took me to the nearby areas to search the person but nothing could be done. I have heard that the man comes to the singla every saturday. Can anyone help me in this.
