If you want documents to reimburse, or to produce for tax exception you better imagine about the worst GOVT department. You need to take to your heels, run around to get those.

A copy of Diagnostic Report and prescription wont be shared untill and unless specified.

I had a surgiory which went well, but I had to run behind for bills documents etc.

Later, though it might sound funny but its true,

I went there for a blood test, to my astonishment I was 27 but the document said I am 26.

Since insurance team wont accept any error, I asked immediately, they said PRO will correct it, as of now please proceed with the sampling,

Later the PRO said, its your mistake you have given us wrong data. I said show me.

They came to me with a year old form. And as per that I am 26.

I asked wouldnt get old, they said, your age would be updated as per the date you register with us.

I said crazy. I use to get old as per my birthday falls, noting to do with the registration. Your system is having a wrong logic.

They said, our system is correct, ITS YOU WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO REGISTER WITH US ON YOUR DOB.

Now I am 28, I dont know as per the system how old I am, yet they still have a system computing date based on the registration date.
