by updating message on the city site is not a surity of our investment and one thing if you have noticed is that meeting on 14 Oct is for creditors not for investors and moreever offices across the country including nariman point branch is closed even office at Jaipur is closed and landline telephones has been disconnected by the airtel.It is my request to all the investor that please do not contribute any single for the issue and action can be started citywise for sec-358(cheque dishonoured) however company has taken safeguard by approaching the mumbai highcourt but by taking help of layer in group it can be started but donot forget the bounce the cheque before six month pariod please thing again and again that by updating message on site is not a remedy for our investment. Why offices are closed how they will send a intimation of meeting 21 days in advance if meeting is for investor. As per my view this meeting is for the creditors of cityrelcom cretitor and other group from the company has taken loan for its project please wakeup and think for it
