I bought an LG Split AC 1.5 tonnes on 8/5/2008. After that purchase I had to wait for more than a week for the installation.Even After a week they didn't turn out. I called to the dealer and told them that ill return the product since am not happy with the service. They convinced me and two days after that, it was installed. Not even 10 days were passed the A.C was not working properly and there was a gas leakage. It was then repaired. Again after some days it started making some vibrating noise. I called them again.Then the AC was repaired. Again it made the same problem. This has become a routine for me. Still the problem persists and am not able to sleep well because of that noise. Moreover during one service they broke the outer casing cover. I noticed that only after some days. When asked they told that it would have been my mistake and they would change it for a sum of INR 800. Nowadays they service is good as they reach my home within one or two days of the complaint. But the AC isn't satisfactory. Moreover I learn't that LG AC's are made of low quality plastics and are very brittle. I dont know about other LG products but LG AC's are a waste of money and a trouble for the mind. I wish you people don't make a mistake like me.
