This is in reference to a consignment number D11927116, booked from Bangalore on 18th of January 2013. I have written mails to you two times regarding this. The consignment is put on hold at Guwahati since 20th of January. Can you please tell me the reason why? And in spite of repeated calls and mails the service providers seems to be totally irresponsive. I have called Imphal office innumerable times, Kolkatta office many times, written mail to css Kolkata and Bangalore twice, called the Guwahati office numerous times and Bangalore office thrice. Now Should I call Superman or somebody to deliver the item to me? And if you are laughing at this look at the mirror and laugh at yourself. Laugh at your incapacity and unorganized chain that could not deliver the item in time or give a reason why you couldn.
