I purchased a flip cover from ebay on April 14 and found the cover was faulty without knob called the supplier he said we will send you a new peace I was waiting for it and then called paypaise ebay they told me that we are going to Re-fund you 10% extra i.e, 250.00 and they said we are closing your complain but still did not get any refund(COUPON FORMAT) but a mail was received mentioned that coupon inside but noting was there called customer service paypaise they said we will soon send you the same still not due(E BAY)
