Elil Abode Apartment community in Mahadevapura, Outer Ring Road has seen many changes over the couple of years. Firstly there was a delay in giving the procession but residents started moving in. As in everything things take time to shape up. The builder couldn't spruce it up in time for the residents to feel happy. Trials & tribulations - cliche

Now the apartment is looking far better then it was before. Sure there are issues but I feel there is a sense of community. Residents are proactively getting involved and solving the issues. The association is very proactive and helping the residents with their issues. Sure it need to improve further but there is certainly a change in just not apartment but also with more positive energy.

A beautiful Childrens play area & sit out with Kerala Style pagoda is a welcoming change to the community. Very soon the community hall and swimming pool will take shape. Yes, it is taking time but the best days for this wonderful complex are sooner then later.

The positives are spacious apartments with very good ventilation. Since the project is abetting the DRDO, the pollution is near zero. With BWSSB putting all the pipes and Kaveri water pipes in place I only foresee a better things to come that will continue to improve the ambiance.

Frankly, with so many offices around and so many shopping malls around this location will really take off in the coming years.
