I bought a eureka Aquaguard Total Reviva on Nov 2009 at 10k. After 2 months the filter did not work properly. The water filter rate became slow. I contacted customer care. After 2 /3 calls, one service person came. I don't know what service he did with the product, there is no change in the product.


After 1 month, the filter did not work. I contacted around 15 times, but there is no response from the customer care or service unit. Last 3 months it is kept in store room unused.


Itna ghatia company and worst product service, soch ne v bura lagta hai.


Its free service Warranty is upto Nov 2010. I don't know.. Why are they selling the product if they can't give service. just they are cheating people. I am suggesting my friends and colleagues not to buy any product from Eureka.


Service is worst in the world I have never seen in any product / company.
