Trust all of us realise that the growing population is the root cause of all maladies that we face today in our country. The population menace and the urgent need to curb it was known to all Politicians, Planners and concerned authorities, but nothing concrete has been done for so many years and even now. The apathy towards the major issue of check on the population for more than sixty years reminds me of a story (some of us may have read or heard that earlier).

The story is about Everybodoy, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody . There was this important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it. But Nobody realized that Everybody won't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done .
