Nowadays, there is a lot of SPAM in the job market. If you're looking for a job, please DO NOT pay any advance to anyone for placement. If you're in senior or middle management, DO NOT pay job portals. Its a spam.
Instead, ask them for a JD, meet them in person and unless you're convinced, do not pay any advance for placement assistance. It looks like an orchestrated SPAM. Beware!
