This post is inspired by yesterdays Deepa aka leap24's dp "A 5 year old's guide on how to win friends".

Yes we all judge people and there is a famous quote which says "first impression is the last impression" and in my point of view this quote creats a blunder in life majority of the time. Because if we believe in the quote we not only try to make a good impression in first look but we also try to judge people by their first look,. and many of the times its a mistake. My Point is there is nothing wrong in keeping a good impression but its always wrong to judge people by the first impression. I know some people who always go for the first impression and takes too longer time to change, even if they are convinced it was wrong.

One of my teachers of people's skill taught me a lesson which says "Always take longer time to judge people, till the time you don't able to judge a person always keep a positive attitude towards them.

When I m writing these words a new sales professional has joined my team yesterday in the genset division and he is too talkative .... I m reminding the lesson ... Always take longer ............ don't believe on what they talk or try to look, believe on what they do ... ... so its a test for me too ... I m giving him full freedom to perform including the flexibility of time, no of calls, no of inquiries for some initial days ...... Lets wait and watch .......................
