I tried booking by air ticket from Chandigarh to Jaipur on 10 August 16 . On booking Rs 18888/-(order No. 1955072773) was immediately debited from my account and unfortunately booking failed. To my surprise only only half of the debited money is refunded to my Paytm account but status of another half amount and cash back is unknown. I again booked 4 tickets thru paytm by putting additional Rs 9454/-. I am trying paytm helpline but in vain. WILL ANY BODY AT PAYtm CLEAR ME WHERE IS MY MONEY? bank has refused any refund in this regards.

TOTAL MONEY SHOULD HAVE COME TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
