its been very hard to say and not to hide in, I had been come across very bad experience along with other 54 people with various background and ages.

we had booked a package trip through via travel.com for tirupathi darshn on 26/12/2011. we registered through online and also cheked them for services confirmities on their call center support and what they tell all most fake and they put all of them under dark. in all of our passengers ticket darshan (spl darshan 300/- head) seva amount had been received in adavance and also promised one complimentary extra place will be covered if time permits.

while we land in around 3 am they had arranged for fresh up to all in good hotel and in early moring they made us all to have break fast (4.00 AM) which is really odd. when we abt leave for Tirumala their guide announced all of us to show ticket he is going to refund the money of spl darshan which they have collected in advance, when we asked why so this, he tole in very angry and rude manners, that service had been cancelled and we are all in shock,he told us he will show the place where the ticket available and we have to purchase by ourselves. why this has been told that time? why they are not in very early intimated us all? the line was about 3 km distance with curvy narrow barricate and make us to stand by more than 3 hrs to purchase a ticket and from there it take another 2 hrs for darshan..

here my question these kind of mass fooling has been practise with branded and named companys and they describe unaccident circumstance madethem to do like that. most of the passenges are above aged, and small childerens. with improper arrangements and odd timings every one suffered and put curses (with in) to travel operator even after paying Handsome Money in Advance.

even after having enough ample time the bus driver and guide not fulfilled the promise to visit padmavaty temple and they came early and halted the vehicle at Hoskote VOLVO factory, we don't know the reason.

this is very rude and shameful on VIA team where I have been there customer for past couple of years.

never trust and even they assure on phone and through printed tickets coz operation will be not by VIA, its by other persons like Rajesh Travels who know how to fool people very well.
