There are four factors of production. Among the four, entrepreneur has the most important rule for the quality in production.

Based on my research is that "Land, Labor and Capital alone is not a guarantee that production will take place. They have to be combined and coordinated in such proportion as to be effective in the creation of utilities or goods". When we cay entrepreneur is not just from the word itself instead we will going to know furthermore of what does an entrepreneur can do. That is includes his ability on taking the risks, skills, knowledge, being an innovative in terms of ideas, and many other things especially the characteristics.

We all knew that there are lots of risks that the entrepreneur should face. The successful entrepreneur or an enterpriser must, above all, have the courage and ability to take risks; the financial rewards are larger where the risks are greater. Entrepreneur have the especial skills that may applied on the actuall processing in productions. Laborers cannot work furthermore than the skillsfull entrepreneur. The nature of the entrepreneur part in the production naturally requires ability and skills of the highest order as a prerequisite to success. It requires ability to run a sari-sari store and make money out of the investment as is demonstrated by the failures of many who tired to go into apparently simple business. They have the vision that extends far into the future, the ability to sound undercurrents of the market and the demand for their products and they have a thorough knowledge about the technical problems inherent in their particular business. According to my research is that "In the chapter on Labor we observed that the work of the entrepreneur is a for of labor". The question may now be asked, why should we classify him as a seperate agent of production quite different from the laboring class as a whole? The answer is that organizing ability is rare; is not found in every man. The entrepreneur directs labor, capital and land and he is responsible for the proper functioning of these factors. He makes the decision in his own and exercises the discretion that may spell success.

Entrepreneur stands in an independent capacity over land, labor and capital. On the other hand, he has the capacity to stand alone for his own future.
