When I bought my first ford car I was very confused about the service centres.

Where to get my car serviced, since I read lot of bad reviews for Harpreet Ford, Delhi Ford and Riddhi Ford. I saw one more option over Ford's web site which was Astro Ford but couldn't find any reviews about it.

So I made my decision to go there and see how it works.

In addition to the service I went there with an additional issue for temperature gauge which was not working at all. They told me an estimate other than the servicing amount to diagnose the meter gauge.

My vehicle was serviced and the temperature gauge was also fixed but they didn't charge any amount for that. When I asked them about it they told me that there was a minor adjustment required on the temperature gauge connector which they have fixed without any charges.

I was also amazed to see the hospitality and quality of service they provided to me.

After reading such bad reviews about Ford service centres I am really amazed to see such a good response from Astro Ford.

I would suggest the dissatisfied after sales Ford customers to visit Asto Ford serivce center which is located at Nangli, Najafgarh road. You may visit Ford's website to check the complete address.
